Scope is too large.
Robust plants like lantana are preferred.
Xeriscape, no irrigation.
Only the lowest maintenance plants (robust)
My hydrangeas get mildew.
The trouble with spraying for fungus is that it's a preventative. Only leaves that are treated are protected. Leaves that already have mildew can't be saved. Therefore one must spray early and often, at least once a week, the whole plant. That is too much work. Replace the plant instead.
.
