Revisions based on the response to round 01 designs.

• Only the front garden is addressed
• Oval lawn reduced to make room for 2 cherry trees
• Row of camelias for privacy
• Group of screening shrubs for privacy, abelia or pittosporum
• Added more evergreen ferns top left and by drive
• Added two more hydrangeas at top
• Daisies and larkspur bed get morning sun, afternoon share
• Roses have been omitted
• Buddlia sprigged to make more
• Cone flowers and showy primrose bed added in full sun
• Lantana row extended, (move?)
• Coriopsis or crocosmia row in afternoon sun
• Tea olive added by steps
• Existing maple Allowed to grow in place

This plan represents a possible future scenario that accommodates the listed plants in their favorite conditions, sun, water, situation. With a plan established, any part may be addressed, in small pieces, at any time. There is no expectation that the whole be executed all at once. 20 minutes, 20 dollars is the mantra.
